via IFTTT TAAL KI KHEER Ingredients 1. 1 tsp ghee 2. Cashew nut 3. Raisin 4. Almond 5. 1 cup taal ki puree 6. 1 cup milk 7. ½ cup sugar 8. 1 tsp Cardamom powder Method 1. Heat ghee in a pan. Add cashew, raisin, almond and fry it. Take out some dry fruits and keep aside. 2. Add taal ki puree and mix well and cook for 1 and ½ min. Add milk, mix well and cook for 5-6 min. add sugar, mix it and cook for 3-4 min. Add cardamom powder and mix. 3. Kheer is ready. garnish with dry fruits. TAAL KE BARE Ingredients 1. 1 cup taal ki puree 2. ½ cup powdered sugar 3. ½ cup rice flour 4. ½ cup wheat flour 5. Pinch of baking soda or baking powder 6. ½ cup grated coconut Method 1. Take taal ki puree and powdered sugar and mix well. Add rice flour, wheat flour, baking powder or baking soda and mix well. Add coconut and mix. Batter is ready. 2. Heat oil in a pan. Add batter and fry till golden brown from both sides. 3. Bare are ready. TAAL KI CAKE Ingredients 1. 1 cup maida 2. ½ tsp baking powder 3. Pinch of salt 4. 2 eggs 5. ½ cup powdered sugar 6. ½ cup oil 7. ½ cup taal ki puree 8. Milk 9. Dry fruits 10. Pumpkin seeds Method 1. Take maida, baking powder, salt in a bowl and mix well. 2. Take eggs in another bowl. Add powdered sugar, oil and mix well. Add taal ki puree and mix well. Add dry mixture and mix. Add milk and mix. Batter is ready. 3. Grease a tin with oil. Add butter paper. Add batter. Sprinkle some dry fruits and pumpkin seeds. Bake it in 180 degree for 30 min. 4. After 30 min cake is ready. TAAL KI POORI Ingredients 1. 1 cup wheat flour 2. ½ cup taal ki puree 3. Pinch of salt 4. Oil 5. Water Method 1. Take wheat flour. Add taal ki puree, salt, oil and mix well. add water and make a dough. Cover it and leave for 10-15 min. 2. Apply some oil in hand. Take a portion from dough and roll it in poori shape with rolling pin. 3. Heat oil in a pan. Add poori and fry it. 4. Poori is ready. via IFTTT Milky Mava Sweet Ingredients 1. 200-gram grated mava 2. 200-gram grated paneer 3. ½ cup condensed milk 4. 1 tbs milk powder 5. ¼ tsp cardamom powder Method 1. Take paneer, mava, condensed milk, milk powder and cardamom powder in a pan and mix well. now keep stir and cook till it comes in dough form. 2. Take portion from dough and make balls. Add pistachio upon it. 3. Milky mava sweet is ready. Sandesh Ingredients 1. 1 liter milk 2. 1 lemon juice 3. 4-5 tsp water 4. 1/3 cup powdered sugar 5. Cardamom powder Method 1. Take milk and put it for boil. When it starts boiling add lemon juice and water mixture. Collect the chhena, mash it and make a smooth dough. Add powdered sugar and mix it. Now put the dough in a pan, add cardamom powder and by stirring cook it in low flame for 5-7 min. 2. Now take a portion from dough and make peda. Garnish with rose petals and pistachio. 3. via IFTTT Aaj hum banayenge 2 popular recipe jise hum Muharram me banate hen Qabuli Pulao aur khichda pulao .Dono hi bohut hi mazedar aur tasty he .jaroor ise ek baar banayen air sab ko khilaye Kabuli pulaw Ingredients 1. 1 cup Soaked chickpeas 2. 2 tbs Oil 3. 1 tsp Cumin seeds 4. 2 Cinnamon 5. Mace 6. 1 Star anise 7. 4 Cloves 8. 2 Green cardamom 9. 1 Black cardamom 10. 2 Bay leaf 11. 1 big size chopped Onion 12. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste 13. 1 tsp water 14. 5-6 Green chilli 15. 1 big size chopped Tomato 16. ½ lemon juice 17. Salt 18. 1 tsp garam masala 19. 1 and half liter water 20. Soaked rice Method 1. Add chickpea in pressure and cook for 3 whistles. 2. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, cinnamon, mace, star anise, cloves, green cardamom, black cardamom, bay leaves and fry for 20-30 sec. 3. Add onion and fry till golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste and some water and cook for 30-40 sec. Add green chilli and mix. Now add tomato, mix it and cook. Now add chickpea and mix well and cook for 1 and ½ min. add lemon juice, garam masala, salt and mix well. add water and mix. Now cover it and let it boil. Add soaked rice and mix. cover it and cook for 4-5 min in high flame. Again, cook for 10-15 min in low to medium flame. 4. After 15 min pulaw is ready. Khichdi Biryani Ingredients 1. 1 cup Soaked chana dal 2. 3-4 tbs Oil 3. 2 medium size chopped Onion 4. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste 5. ½ tsp Turmeric powder 6. 2 tsp Red chilli powder 7. Salt 8. 1 big size chopped Tomato 9. ½ tsp Garam masala 10. ½ tsp cardamom powder 11. ¼ cup Curd 12. Coriander leave 13. Mint leave 14. Water 15. Salt 16. 1 tsp black seeds 17. 3-4 Cloves 18. 2 Green cardamom 19. 2 Cinnamon 20. ½ kg Rice 21. Ghee 22. Kesar milk 23. 1 pinch food Colour 24. Silver paper Method 1. Take chana dal in a pan and cook in low to medium flame. 2. Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and fry till golden brown. Take out half onion and keep aside. Add ginger garlic paste and some water in rest of the onion and cook for 20-30. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix well and cook for 20-30 sec. add tomato, mix it. Now cover it and cook till it become soft. 3. Add garam masala, cardamom powder and curd and mix well. Now add chana dal, coriander leave, mint leave and mix well. cover it and cook for 2-3 min. 4. Add water in a pan. Add salt, cumin seeds, cloves, green cardamom. Cinnamon, mint leave, coriander leave and mix. Now cover it and let water boil. Now add rice and cover it and cook for 7-8 min. 5. Now add a layer of rice in a pan and spread and then add a layer of chana dal and spread. Add fried onion, mint leave and coriander leave. Add one more layer of rice, fried onion, mint leave, coriander, ghee, water of rice, kesar milk with pinch of food colour. Cover with silver paper and cook for 3-4 min in high flame then low the flame and cook for 10-15 min. 6. After 15 min khichdi biryani is ready to serve. via IFTTT Malida Ingredients 1. 1 cup wheat flour 2. 1 tbs oil 3. Water 4. Ghee + ½ tsp ghee 5. 1 tsp finely chopped almond 6. 1 tsp kishmish 7. 1 tsp pumpkin seeds 8. 1 tsp pistachio 9. ½ cup sugar 10. ½ tsp cardamom powder Method 1. Take wheat flour and oil and mix. Add water and make dough from it. 2. Divide dough in two parts and roll the both parts like you roll chapati. 3. Heat a pan. Add chapati. Cook from both sides. Apply ghee on both sides and cook. 4. Heat ghee in a pan. Add almond, kishmish, pumpkin seed, pistachio and shallow fry it. 5. Split chapati in small pieces and mash with hand. Add sugar and fried dry fruits and cardamom powder and mix well. 6. Now take it out in a bowl. And add some dry fruits and serve it. Doodh Sharbat Ingredients 1. 1 glass milk 2. 1 glass water 3. ¼ cup powdered sugar 4. ¼ tsp cardamom powder 5. 1 tbs finely chopped almond 6. 1 tbs sabja seeds 7. 1 pinch green food colour 8. Ice cubes Method 1. Take all ingredients and mix well. 2. Doodh sharbat is ready. Roat Ingredients 1. 1 cup milk 2. 1 cup sugar 3. 2 tsp ghee + 2 tsp ghee 4. ½ cup grated coconut 5. ¼ cup crushed dry fruits 6. 1 tbs khas-khas 7. ½ tsp cardamom powder 8. ½ cup suji (rava) 9. 2 cup wheat flour 10. Pumpkin seeds Method 1. Take milk. Add sugar and cook till sugar dissolve in milk. Chashni is ready. 2. Heat ghee in a pan. Add grated coconut, crushed dry fruits, khas-khas and mix well. now add cardamom powder and suji and cook till light golden brown in low to medium flame. 3. Again, heat ghee in a pan. Add wheat flour and cook till golden brown in low to medium flame. 4. Now add flour in coconut mixture. Add milk chashni and mix. Rest it for 10-15 min. 5. Now take a portion from mixture and flat with help of hand. Add pumpkin seeds and khas-khas. 6. Now if you use microwave, so bake in convection mode in 180 and if you use OTG then bake in baking mode in 180. 7. And if you use pan, so grease pan with ghee. Add roat. Cover it and cook in low to medium flame for 10-15 min. after 15 min turn its side and again cook for 10-12 min. 8. Roat is ready to serve. Pumpkin seeds Method 1. Take milk. Add sugar and cook till sugar dissolve in milk. Chashni is ready. 2. Heat ghee in a pan. Add grated coconut, crushed dry fruits, khas-khas and mix well. now add cardamom powder and suji and cook till light golden brown in low to medium flame. 3. Again, heat ghee in a pan. Add wheat flour and cook till golden brown in low to medium flame. 4. Now add flour in coconut mixture. Add milk chashni and mix. Rest it for 10-15 min. 5.
