मैगी से बनाएं ऑमलेट | Maggie Omelette Recipe | Maggie Recipe |Breakfast Recipe


via IFTTT Maggie omelet Ingredients 1. 3 eggs 2. 2 tsp finely chopped onion + 3 tsp finely chopped onion 3. 2 finely chopped green chilli +2 finely chopped green chilli 4. 2 tsp finely chopped coriander + chopped coriander 5. Salt 6. 2-3 tsp oil 7. 2-3 tsp finely chopped capsicum 8. 2 tsp chopped tomato 9. 1 cup water 10. 2 pack maggie 11. Maggie masala 12. Cheese Method 1. Take eggs, onion, green chilli and coriander leave in a bowl and mix well 2. Heat 2-3 tsp oil in a pan. Add 3 tsp onion, 2 green chilli and cook till onion become soft. Add capsicum, chopped coriander and cook it. Now add chopped tomato, mix well and cook it. Now add 1 cup water and let it boil. Then add maggie, cover it and cook for 2 min. Add maggie masala and mix it. 3. Take out half portion and keep half in pan. Spread it and give round shape with spatula. Now add half portion of egg mixture and again the maggie which we kept out, spread it and then add half of egg mixture. Add cheese, chopped coriander. Cover it and let cheese melt. 4. Water 5. 1 tsp finely chopped onion 6. 1 tsp finely chopped capsicum 7. 2 tsp finely chopped carrot 8. ‘2 tsp finely chopped coriander 9. 2 tsp finely chopped green chilli 10. ½ tsp turmeric powder 11. ½ tsp cumin seeds 12. Salt according to taste 13. 2 tsp oil Method 1. Take wheat flour, suji and besan in a bowl and mix well. Add water and make a thick batter. Add onion, capsicum, carrot, coriander, green chilli, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, salt and mix well. 2. Heat 2-3 tsp oil in a pan. Add batter and spread it. Now cook from both side till golden brown and serve it with sauce. via IFTTT POTATO BALLS INGREDIENTS 1. 2 medium size boiled and grated potato 2. 1 small size finely chopped onion 3. 2 finely chopped green chilli 4. ½ tsp coriander powder 5. ½ tsp cumin powder 6. 1 tsp chat masala 7. ½ tsp red chilli powder 8. ½ tsp ginger garlic paste 9. Salt according to taste 10. ¼ cup maida + ½ cup maida 11. ¼ cup bread crumbs + bread crumbs 12. ½ lemon juice 13. water METHOD 1. Take potato, onion, chilli, garam masala, cumin powder, chat masala, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, salt ¼ cup maida, ½ cup bread crumbs and ½ lemon juice and mix well. 2. Take portion from this mixture and make a lemon size ball. 3. Take ½ cup maida in a bowl, add water and make a thick paste 4. Dip potato ball in a maida batter and coat with bread crumbs and fry in hot oil till golden brown. Do not use spatula while frying 5. Now serve with chutney and sauces. मैगी मंचूरियन || Maggie manchurian recipe || Veg Manchurian Recipe ||Maggie Recipe


via IFTTT MAGGIE MANCHURIAN Method 1. Take water in a pan, add 2 pack Maggie and cook it. Do not overcook it. Now drain it and take out in a bowl. Add 1 small size finely chopped onion, carrot and capsicum. Add 1-inch ginger finely chopped, 3-4 piece finely chopped garlic, 2-3 finely chopped green chilli, ¼ tsp black pepper powder, salt, 1 tsp soya sauce, Maggie masala, 1 tsp maida, 2 tsp corn flour, 2 tsp schezwan sauce and mx well. 2. Now apply oil on your palm. Take a portion from mixture and roll it and make balls. 3. Take Maggie in a plate and crushed with hand and coat this ball with Maggie. 4. Heat oil in a pan and fry these balls in medium flame. 5. Again heat 2 tsp oil in a pan. Add 3-4 piece finely chopped garlic, 1 inch finely chopped ginger and 2-3 finely chopped green chilli and fry for 20-30 sec. add 1 small onion finely chopped and cook till it become soft. Now add 1 small size capsicum and onion cut in cubes and cook for 2-3 min. now add 1 tsp tomato sauce, 2 tsp spicy red sauce, 1 tsp chilli sauce, 1 tsp soya sauce, ¼ tsp black pepper powder, salt and stir it. Now add some water and cook for some time so that capsicum become soft. Now add ¼ cup water and mix it and let it boil. When it starts boiling add fried Maggie balls. Mix it well. Now add 1 and ½ tsp corn flour water and mix it. 6. Now serve it and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. via IFTTT Chapati cone Method 1. Take 5 leftover chapatis, cut in two parts. 2. Take ½ cup maida, pinch of salt, add water and make a thick paste 3. Apply this paste in chapati pocket and stick it. Now hold it from upper side and make a cone, apply maida on side and stick. Make all cone like this 4. Heat 2-3 spoon oil in a pan. Add ¼ cup finely chopped onion and cook till it become soft. Now add ¼ cup finely chopped capsicum, 1/4 cup finely chopped carrot, 2 green chilli finely chopped, 2 garlic pieces fine chopped, ½ cup finely chopped cabbage and cook for 2 min. 5. Now take it out in a bowl and after cooling add salt, 1/2 tsp chilli flakes, ½ tsp oregano, 1 tsp tomato sauce and mix it. Now fill this mixture in chapati cone. 6. Heat oil in a pan. Dip this chapati con in maida batter and fry in oil in medium flame till golden brown. 7. Now dip this cone in tomato sauce and coat with sev and add pudina leaves for garnishing 8. Salt according to taste 8. ½ tsp chilli flakes 9. ½ tsp oregano 10. 1 tbs pizza sauce 11. 3 round buns 12. Butter 13. Silver paper Method Take onion, carrot, capsicum, tomato, cabbage, cheese, salt, chilli flakes, oregano and pizza sauce in a bowl and mix well Now take 3 round buns and make a deep cut in it. 2 from horizontal and 2 from vertical. Now add vegetable mixture on cuts. Apply butter and cover with silver paper Heat a pan. Put buns in it, cover it and cook in low flame for 10-15 min. After 15 min turn its side and again cook. Now take it out and remove silver paper. Now serve it.
