ओडिशा स्पेशल छेना स्टीम || Chhena Steem || Odisha Special Sweets || Dessert || Cook With Razia


via IFTTT Chena Stem Ingredients Chena 1. ½ cup powdered sugar 2. ½ tsp cardamom powder 3. ¼ cup milk 4. Saffron 5. Chopped pistachio Method Take a grinding jar. Add sieved chena, and churn it 1-2 times. Now add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and milk and again grind it. Now grease a cake tin with ghee. Pour chena mixture in tin. Add saffron and chopped pistachio for garnishing. Add water in a kadhai. Put a stand in kadhai. Cover it and heat for 5-10 min in low flame. Now put cake tin in kadhai. Cover it and cook for 20-25 min in low to medium flame. After 20-25 min, chena stem is ready. via IFTTT Bengali Sweet Ingredients 1. 200-gram curd 2. 100 ml condensed milk 3. 1 tsp ghee 4. Chopped pistachio 5. water Method 1. Take curd and condensed milk and mix well. 2. Grease a cake tin with ghee. Add batter in tin. Add some chopped pistachio. 3. Take a kadhayi. Add water, put a stand in it and put batter in it. Now cover it and cook for 20-25 min in low to medium flame. 4. After 20-25 min it is ready. let it cool. Cut in pieces and serve. via IFTTT Namkeen Ingredients 1. 200-gram all-purpose flour (Maida) 2. 2 tbs suji (rava) 3. 1 tbs salt 4. 1 pinch baking soda 5. 1 tbs azwain 6. 1 tbs Kasturi methi 7. 2 tbs oil 8. Water Method 1. Take Maida, suji, salt, baking soda, azwain and Kasturi methi in a bowl and mix well. now add 2 tbs cooking oil and mix well. 2. Now add water and make a dough. via IFTTT Thekua Ingredients 1. 1 cup gud 2. 2 tbs ghee 3. 2 cup wheat flour 4. 1 cup grated coconut 5. water Method 1. Take 1 cup gud, add water and cook it in low flame till gud melts. Now stieve it. Now add ghee and mix. Sugar syrup (chashni) is ready. 2. On the other side take wheat flour, add grated coconut and mix. Now add sugar syrup (chashni) and make a hard dough. cover it and rest for 10-15 min. 3. Now take a portion from dough and with help of hand give it thekua shape. 4. Heat oil in a pan. 5. via IFTTT Diwali Flower Sweets Ingredients 1. 1 cup all purpose flour + 1 cup all-purpose flour 2. ¼ tsp baking powder + ¼ tsp baking powder 3. ¼ tsp yellow food colour 4. ¼ tsp green food colour 5. 2 tsp oil + 2 tsp oil 6. 1 cup sugar 7. ½ cup water 8. Cherry Method 1. Take 1 cup all purpose flour. Add ¼ tsp baking powder, yellow food colour, 2 tsp oil and mix well. add water and make a hard dough. 2. Do the same process for making green dough with green food colour. 3. Take a small portion from dough and make balls from both doughs. 4. Now take green balls and with help of finger make place inside it. Now put yellow ball in that place and cove with green. Make all balls like this. 5. Add sugar and water and mix well. cook only till sugar dissolved. Now put off the flame and add 2 tbs ghee and mix. 2. Now add milk powder. Do not add all at once. By stirring mix well and then put on the gas flame and cook in low flame for 1 and ½ min. let it cool and then make sweets. via IFTTT Condensed Milk https://youtu.be/ei1As6jNkHE Paan Flavour Laddoo Ingredients 1. 2 paan leaves 2. 100 ml condensed milk 3. 1 cup coconut powder 4. 1 pinch Green food colour 5. Milk 6. 1 tsp chopped cashew 7. 1 tsp chopped almond 8. 1 tsp fennel seed (saunf) 9. Cardamom powder 10. Colourful tutti frutti 11. 1 tsp gulkand Method 1. Take a grinding jar. Add paan leaves, condensed milk and make a paste. 2. Take coconut powder in a pan and fry it in low flame for 30-40 sec. add paan leave paste. Add some milk in remaining paste and mix it. Now add this mixture in coconut powder. Now add green food colour and mix well and cook for 1 and ½ min in low flame. 3. Take cashew, almond, fennel seed, cardamom powder tutti frutti and gulkand in a bowl and mix well. 4. Now apply oil on your palm and take a portion from mixture and flat it with hand. Now add dry fruit filling and give it round shape. Make all laddu like this. 5. Sprinkle some coconut powder on it and put cherry on it for garnishing. 6. Now serve it.
