मुहर्रम में बनने वाली 3 मज़ेदार रेसिपी। Muharam Special Recipe
via IFTTT Malida Ingredients 1. 1 cup wheat flour 2. 1 tbs oil 3. Water 4. Ghee + ½ tsp ghee 5. 1 tsp finely chopped almond 6. 1 tsp kishmish 7. 1 tsp pumpkin seeds 8. 1 tsp pistachio 9. ½ cup sugar 10. ½ tsp cardamom powder Method 1. Take wheat flour and oil and mix. Add water and make dough from it. 2. Divide dough in two parts and roll the both parts like you roll chapati. 3. Heat a pan. Add chapati. Cook from both sides. Apply ghee on both sides and cook. 4. Heat ghee in a pan. Add almond, kishmish, pumpkin seed, pistachio and shallow fry it. 5. Split chapati in small pieces and mash with hand. Add sugar and fried dry fruits and cardamom powder and mix well. 6. Now take it out in a bowl. And add some dry fruits and serve it. Doodh Sharbat Ingredients 1. 1 glass milk 2. 1 glass water 3. ¼ cup powdered sugar 4. ¼ tsp cardamom powder 5. 1 tbs finely chopped almond 6. 1 tbs sabja seeds 7. 1 pinch green food colour 8. Ice cubes Method 1. Take all ingredients and mix well. 2. Doodh sharbat is ready. Roat Ingredients 1. 1 cup milk 2. 1 cup sugar 3. 2 tsp ghee + 2 tsp ghee 4. ½ cup grated coconut 5. ¼ cup crushed dry fruits 6. 1 tbs khas-khas 7. ½ tsp cardamom powder 8. ½ cup suji (rava) 9. 2 cup wheat flour 10. Pumpkin seeds Method 1. Take milk. Add sugar and cook till sugar dissolve in milk. Chashni is ready. 2. Heat ghee in a pan. Add grated coconut, crushed dry fruits, khas-khas and mix well. now add cardamom powder and suji and cook till light golden brown in low to medium flame. 3. Again, heat ghee in a pan. Add wheat flour and cook till golden brown in low to medium flame. 4. Now add flour in coconut mixture. Add milk chashni and mix. Rest it for 10-15 min. 5. Now take a portion from mixture and flat with help of hand. Add pumpkin seeds and khas-khas. 6. Now if you use microwave, so bake in convection mode in 180 and if you use OTG then bake in baking mode in 180. 7. And if you use pan, so grease pan with ghee. Add roat. Cover it and cook in low to medium flame for 10-15 min. after 15 min turn its side and again cook for 10-12 min. 8. Roat is ready to serve. बंगाली रसगुल्ले || Bengali Sponge Rasgulla Recipe || Sweets Recipe
via IFTTT Rasgulle Ingredients 1. 1-liter milk 2. 2 tsp vinegar 3. 2 tsp water + 3 cup water 4. 1 cup sugar 5. 2-3 green cardamom Method 1. Add milk in a pan and let it boil. When milk starts boiling, put the gas flame off. Now add the solution of 2 tsp vinegar and 2 tsp water. Now collect the chhena in a cloth. Tie the knot of the cloth and hang it for half hour. 2. After half hour mash the chhena with hand for 2-3 min then again mash it with palm for 10-15 min so it comes it dough form. 3. Now take portion from dough and make ball. Make sure there is no cracks in the balls. 4. Now add sugar, green cardamom and 3 cup water in a pan and let it boil. When it starts boiling, add rasgulla balls. Cover it and cook for 3-4 min in high flame then again cook for 10-15 min in low to medium flame. 5. After 15 min rasgulle are cooked. Leave it for cool. It takes 6-7 hours to be ready. 6. After 6-7 hour, rasgulle are ready. When it starts boiling, low the gas flame and collect the malai and keep in side of the pan. Now again high the gas flame and let milk boil and when it starts boiling low the flame and collect malai in side of the pan. Repeat the same process for 5-7 times. 2. Now add sugar. Keep stir and again cook it for 5-7 min. 3. After 5-7 min, mix the collected malai in milk. Now take it out in a bowl and use chopped pistachio for garnishing. 4. Rabdi is ready to serve. via IFTTT Modak Ingredients 1. 1 tsp khas-khas 2. 1/2 cup sugar 3. 1 cup grated coconut 4. 2 tsp finely chopped cashew 5. 2 tsp kishmish 6. ½ tsp cardamom powder 7. 1 cup water 8. 1 tsp ghee 9. 1 pinch salt 10. water Method 1. Take khas-khas in a pan, roast it and keep aside. 2. Add sugar and grated coconut in a pan and cook for 3 -4 min. Now add cashew, kishmish, khas-khas, cardamom powder and mix well and cook till coconut becomes soft. 3. Add 1 cup water in a pan. Add 1 tsp ghee and 1 pinch salt. Mix well. now add 1 cup rice flour. Keep stir and cook till it comes in dough form. 4. Now take a portion from dough and flat it with hand. Add coconut mixture. Cover it and give it modak shape. 5. Heat water in a pan.
