1_ tbs elichi
1_ tbs baking soda
10_ badam
BANANE KI WIDHI(METHOD)
Sabse pehle ek boul me add karen besan, meda,sugar,ghee,elichi,baking soda dal kar ek Dow tayar kar len. Fir choti choti loi tod kar Apne hatali me Gola banalen or halka prace karke ek chota sa roti ka shape de den.fir uske upar ek badam Laga Len .isi tarha se sare biscuit tayar kar len Or ek try me ghee Laga kar grese karlen or biscuit Ko try me rakhte jayen.
Ek kadai me Namak dalen or bech me ek stand dal kar kadai Ko pri heat hone ke Lea gas me 5 mint ke Lea rakh den.5 mint Baad biscuit Wale try Ko kadai me rakh len Or upar se ek led( dhakkan) Laga Len 10 mint tak low flame me cook karen .10 mint Baad gas band karen or biscuit Ko room temperature tak Thanda hone ke Lea rakh den.ab hamari biscuit tayar he ek serving plate me nekalen or serve karen.
