via IFTTT Chapati cone Method 1. Take 5 leftover chapatis, cut in two parts. 2. Take ½ cup maida, pinch of salt, add water and make a thick paste 3. Apply this paste in chapati pocket and stick it. Now hold it from upper side and make a cone, apply maida on side and stick. Make all cone like this 4. Heat 2-3 spoon oil in a pan. Add ¼ cup finely chopped onion and cook till it become soft. Now add ¼ cup finely chopped capsicum, 1/4 cup finely chopped carrot, 2 green chilli finely chopped, 2 garlic pieces fine chopped, ½ cup finely chopped cabbage and cook for 2 min. 5. Now take it out in a bowl and after cooling add salt, 1/2 tsp chilli flakes, ½ tsp oregano, 1 tsp tomato sauce and mix it. Now fill this mixture in chapati cone. 6. Heat oil in a pan. Dip this chapati con in maida batter and fry in oil in medium flame till golden brown. 7. Now dip this cone in tomato sauce and coat with sev and add pudina leaves for garnishing 8.
