via IFTTT Made with Disano Extra virgin Oliv Oil https://amzn.to/2REbrOJ Olive Oil Cake Ingredients 1. 2 egg 2. ½ cup sugar 3. 1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar 4. 1 tsp vanilla essence 5. 1 tsp lemon zest 6. 160 ml olive oil 7. 1 cup Maida (125 gram) 8. ½ tsp baking powder Method 1. Take egg yolk. Add sugar, lemon juice, vanilla essence, lemon zest and beat till creamy. Add olive oil, sieved Maida, baking powder and mix well. 2. Now beat again for 1-1/2 minute so it comes in batter form. Keep aside. 3. Take egg white. Beat till creamy. Now add this egg white cream in batter. Add little by little and mix well. 4. Grease a tin with olive oil, put butter paper. Now pour batter into the tin. 5. Now bake it at 180 0 C for 40-45 min 6. Now cake is ready. Sprinkle some icing sugar and serve.
