वेजिटेबल पुलाव || Vegetable Pulaw || Cook With Razia


via IFTTT Vegetable Pulao Ingredients 1. Mint leave 2. 4 green chilli 3. 5—6 garlic pieces 4. 1 tsp fennel seed 5. 2 cloves 6. 1-star anise 7. 2 green cardamom 8. 2 tsp oil 9. 1 tsp ghee 10. 1 tsp cumin seed 11. 1 bay leaf 12. 2 medium size finely chopped onion 13. 2 tsp sambhar masala 14. Salt a/c to taste 15. ½ cup fresh matar 16. ½ cup chopped carrot 17. ½ cup chopped beans 18. 1 medium size chopped potato 19. 1 small size chopped cauliflower 20. 1 cup rice 21. 2 cup water Method 1. Add mint leave, green chilli, garlic, fennel seed, clove and green cardamom in a grinding jar and make a fine paste. 2. Heat oil in a pan. Add ghee, cumin seed, bay leaf and just cook for 20—30 sec. now add onion and sauté it till it become soft. Now add paste which we made. Add sambhar masala and salt and cook for 1—1/2 min in low to medium flame. Now add matar, carrot, beans and potato and mix well. Now add rice, mix well add water and stir. 3. Now cover it and cook for 4-5 min. now add cauliflower and again cover it and cook until water dries completely.
