मटन टिक्का बिरयानी रेस्टुरेंट स्टाइल में ।Bakrid Special Mutton Tikka Biryani Recipe|


via IFTTT Mutton tikka biryani Ingredients 1. 2 tsp red chiili powder + 1 tsp red chilli powder 2. Salt 3. 2 tsp chicken tandoori masala 4. 1 tsp coriander powder + 1 tsp coriander powder 5. 1 tsp chat masala 6. 1 lemon juice + half lemon juice 7. 2 tsp ginger garlic paste 8. 2 tsp raw papaya paste 9. 1 tsp orange red food colour 10. ½ kg mutton 11. 400 gram rice 12. 2 green cardamom + 2 green cardamom 13. 1 star annies 14. 1 mace 15. 4-5 cloves + 4-5 cloves 16. 2 cinnamon stick + 2 cinnamon 17. 3 medium size onion 18. 2 tsp ginger garlic paste 19. 2 medium size tomato paste 20. ½ tsp turmeric 21. ½ tsp garam masala 22. ½ katori curd 23. 4 green chilli 24. Coriander leave 25. Mint leave 26. 1 tsp black cumin 27. Water 28. Ghee 29. Oil Method 1. Take red chilli powder, salt, chicken tandoori masala, coriander powder, chat masala, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, raw papaya paste, food colour in a bowl and mix. Add chicken and mix well and marinate for 1 hour. 2. Take 400 gram rice. Rinse and soaked in water for 1 hour. 3. Heat oil in a pan. Add mutton pieces and fry in high flame till golden brown from both sides. When it has fried take it out in a plate. 4. Add oil in a pot and heat. Add green cardamom, star annise, mace, cloves, cinnamon nad fry for 20-30 sec. Now add onion and fry till golden brown. Take out some onion and keep for further use. Add ginger garlic paste and water and fry for 1 and ½ min. Now add tomato paste, mix and again cook for 1 and ½ min. Now add red chiili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt and mix. Now add curd and mix it. Now add green chilli, coriander leave, mint leave, water and mix it and cook for 5-6 min. Now add mutton, mix it. Keep stir and cook for 3-4 min. Add 1 cup water and cook for 3 whistles. Now cook for 2-3 min in high flame. 5. Take 2 ltr water in a pot and add black cumin, green cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, 1 tsp oil, half lemon juice, 4 tsp salt and stir it and let it boil. Now add rice, stir it and let it cook for 4-5 min. Now sieve it. 6. Add ghee in a pan. Add layer of rice then layer of mutton. Again, layer of rice then add coriander leave, mint leave, fried onion, 4-5 green chilli. Add one more layer of rice and mutton and at last add coriander leave, mint leave, fried onion ghee. Now cover with silver paper and cover with lid and cook in high flame for 5 min then low the flame and cook for 10-15 min. 7. For smoky effect put silver paper in center and add burnt coal and add 2-3 drop ghee and cover it and leave for 2-3 min. 8. Mutton tikka biryani is ready, use coriander leave and onion for garnishing.
