via IFTTT Healthy laddu Ingredients 1. 2 cup corn flakes 2. ½ cup milk 3. 2 tsp powdered sugar 4. 1 cup milk powder 5. ¼ cup coconut powder 6. Cardamom powder 7. 1 tsp ghee 8. 1 tsp fine chopped pistachio 9. 1 tsp finely chopped cashew 10. 1 tcp finely chopped almond Method 1. Take corn flakes and milk in a pan and mix it. Now cover it and cook for 2-3 min in low flame. After 3 min mash it with spatula, keep the flame low. Now add powdered sugar, milk powder, coconut powder, cardamom powder and mix well and cook. Now add 1 tsp ghee and mix it. Now take out the dough in plate and rest it for cool. 2. Take a small portion from dough and make balls from it. Take chopped pistachio, cashew and almond in plate and coat these ball with this dry fruit. 3. Laddu is ready to serve.
